SC Johnson in Arese, Milan, Italy, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our EMEA team as Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition | Senior Recruiter. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to attract and hire top talent.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, build university networks, and contribute to employer branding while delivering a high-quality candidate experience across functions.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of progressive recruitment experience in-house or in a search firm.
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, assessment and selection.
Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing multiple recruitment processes.
Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System; Workday preferred.

Lead end-to-end recruitment across roles in the region.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, referrals and networks.
Build and maintain talent networks for current and future openings.
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and guide decisions.
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
Track recruitment activity and report on hiring results.
