YellowSquare Milan is looking for a Bartender Supervisor — better known as our Square Deputy — the right hand of our General Manager.AI²

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the Square Manager across all departments: Reception/Bar, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Maintenance;
• Serving as a daily point of reference for the team — ensuring clear tasks, positive energy, and smooth operations;
• Monitoring service standards, resolving guest issues, and keeping the Square vibe alive;
• Coordinating shifts, schedules, and workflows;
• Assisting with admin tasks, reporting, inventory, and local compliance.

What you should have

• 5+ years of experience in hospitality, including 2+ years in a supervisory or assistant manager role;
• Strong reception/front-desk exposure, working closely with check-ins, guest flow, and service coordination;
• Solid F&B and bartending proficiency (drink preparation, speed & quality, service standards, hygiene);
• Strong team coordination and communication skills;
• Fluency in English and Italian (other languages are a plus);
• A people-first mindset, staying calm and solution-oriented under pressure;
• Confidence with digital tools, booking/PMS systems, and hospitality tech;
• Previous hostel experience is a plus.
