The Level Group is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager in Serravalle Outlet to join its expanding retail network. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help manage daily operations, deliver exceptional client experiences, and uphold brand standards across merchandising and service.

You will drive sales, guide the team on the floor, manage stock and CRM data, and ensure compliant cash handling and loss-prevention practices. Italian and English fluency are required.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, security requirements, and loss-prevention measures.
• Support omnichannel services and stock management activities, contributing to a seamless and consistent client journey across all touchpoints.
