Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued
• Develop strong product knowledge to provide personalised styling advice and recommendations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business
• Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory control
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury, premium, or contemporary fashion retail
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good level of English; additional languages are considered a plus
• Passion for fashion, styling, and current market trends
