• Minimum 3 years in a managerial role in luxury retail.
• Proven track record leading teams and achieving KPIs.
• Strong client service orientation and CRM experience.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Strong communication skills and commercial mindset.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
• Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients.
• Passion for Diesel Brand, product and heritage.
• Language proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory.
