Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to lead front office operations and ensure guest satisfaction. You will train staff, optimize revenue, greet VIPs, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Sales, and Engineering to deliver five-star service.

The role requires 3–5 years in a senior front office position, fluency in English and German, and a hospitality management background. Competitive salary with 14 payments is offered.

Competenze

• Hospitality Management Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years in a front office senior management position, preferably in a five star international hotel.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of Up Selling techniques and maximizing revenues.

Mansioni

• Directs front office operations including checking in/out and guest assistance while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Participates in the development, implementation and review of front office policies, procedures and standards.
• Selects, trains, develops, schedules and manages the performance of direct subordinates to maximize REVPAR.
• Maintains high visibility during peak periods and handles customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Greet VIP guests in absence of RM/FOM and coordinate with departments for seamless service.
• Coordinate front office duties with Exec Office, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, Engineering and Security.
• Identify training needs and oversee training implementation for all front office staff.
• Communicate promotions, arrival expectations and emergency procedures to subordinates.
