Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo is seeking a Rooms Division Supervisor to lead Front Office and Housekeeping and oversee daily operations. You will implement standards, manage guest relations, and coordinate budgets and forecasts in a dynamic, international hotel group.

The ideal candidate has several years in front office and/or housekeeping, fluent German and English, and strong Protel skills, with a professional appearance and a service-oriented mindset.

• Several years of work experience in the front office and/or housekeeping.
• Completed vocational training in the hospitality
• Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are desirable
• Excellent Protel skills
• Excellent leadership qualities; attention to quality; highly flexible
• Perfect and professional appearance and outstanding communication skills
• Being of service is your calling
• Together with your team, you will ensure that our hotel guests receive the best possible service

YOUR TASKS:

• Manages the entire Rooms Division Department (Front Office and Housekeeping)
• Coordinates the operational day-to-day business

• Represents the house, guest assistance, and complaint management
• Prepares budgets, forecasts, and reports
• Cost and quality management

For this position we offer a gross monthly salary from € 1.817,70 x 14 salary payments per year (in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) applicable to the Tourism and Hospitality Industry), with the possibility of a higher remuneration depending on qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
