Overview

My client is looking to recruit a new Design Centre Manager in Q1 – in the city of Bergamo, located less than an hour from Milan.

The company is well funded, rapidly growing, and has ambitious plans for 2026 and beyond.

Responsibilities

The position will be responsible for building and growing a complex team of Semiconductor professionals – focusing on the development of new cutting edge integrated material chips.

The ideal applicant will have previous experience managing multi‑functional teams across digital design, analog design, mixed‑signal, verification, applications engineering, physical design, etc.

Qualifications

Plus ideally have knowledge of more than silicon IP / chip development. Applicants need to have a confident background in an R&D function.

• Previous experience with new / advanced process technologies would be preferred: Silicon‑Photonics, PICs, photonics, Quantum, Optical, GaN, SiGe, FinFET, etc.

Locals / Italian (AND English bilingual) speakers will have an advantage, but as this will be an international effort, so non‑Italian speakers / fluent English only speakers will also be considered.
