Amazon Italia Transport Srl is seeking an Area Manager to lead operations in our Fulfillment/Delivery Center network across Italy. You will drive safety, quality and productivity with a focus on standardising shift practices and mentoring new managers.

Responsibilities include analysing shift performance, coordinating cross-functional work with senior leadership, and delivering continuous improvement projects to meet customer demand on time.

Competenze

• Degree or higher required with leadership experience.
• Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders including peers and leadership.
• Experience using data/qualitative evidence to influence decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Italian (verbal and written).
