Amazon Italia Transport Srl is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and ensure the assigned area keeps pace with demand across shifts. This hands-on role offers exposure to complex operations in a global business and requires driving productivity while maintaining safety and quality.

You will collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes, analyze data, and implement improvements, supporting ongoing operations at one of our sites in Italy.

Competenze

• Completed University degree before the start date OR graduated within the last 24 months
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis

• Analyse and implement corrective actions to make sure quality and productivity are at consistently high levels, and business objectives are met across all shifts
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work alongside building and supporting a strong team culture
