Gridspertise s.r.l. is seeking an experienced AMS Service Manager to oversee all activities related to AMS services for domestic and international clients in the Smart Metering/Smart Grid sector.

The role requires coordinating distributed teams, managing SLAs, and handling escalations with a focus on high-quality service delivery. You will liaise with product, development, and software factory teams, analyse supplier proposals, and contribute to service reviews and SALs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic or Automation Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in AMS services or similar within utilities, energy, or grid sectors.
• Experience with L1/L2/L3 application support and SLA management.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate AMS services in Smart Metering/Smart Grid for domestic and international clients.
• Supervise first- and second-level activities; liaise with third-level AMS for ongoing support.
• Manage ticketing processes, SLAs/KPIs, escalations, reporting and client communications.
• Coordinate operational activities, troubleshooting, configurations, and releases/UAT.
• Coordinate with product, development and software factory teams for corrective/enhancement work.
• Analyze supplier proposals and convert them into structured client proposals.
• Participate in SALs, service reviews, War Room sessions, and alignment meetings.
