Job summary

Gridspertise s.r.l. is seeking a Client Manager for the South EMEA region to lead the Turkmenistan project delivery. You will serve as the main client contact and trusted advisor, driving the delivery plan and coordinating internal teams to ensure contract success.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in project/contract management within energy or large infrastructure and strong knowledge of metering deployments, with fluent English and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in project or contract management roles, preferably in energy, utilities or large infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing smart metering or utility metering deployments is strongly preferred.
• Strong commercial understanding and experience managing contract economics, risk and claims.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client contact and trusted advisor for the Turkmenistan project.
• Lead implementation and ongoing management of the Client Delivery Plan.
• Coordinate internal teams (solutions, manufacturing, system integration, technical support) to ensure smooth contract delivery.
• Monitor contract performance against KPIs and service levels; initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Track, analyze and report contract financials and commercial performance.
• Manage contract compliance, change control, and claims/variations processes.
• Oversee logistics and supply-chain execution for meters and accessories.
