Zusammenfassung

Gridspertise is seeking a Technical Support Smart Grids specialist to join our Customer Operations unit in Milan. You will provide local and remote technical support to internal and external stakeholders, participate in installations, commissioning and KPI achievement, and help drive pilots and PoCs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's in Electric, Electronic or Telecommunication, at least 2 years of relevant experience, knowledge of distribution networks and smart grid devices, and

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of distribution networks and grid operations.
• Knowledge of smart grid technologies (RTU, RGDAT, RGDM).
• Knowledge of TLC networks operation (3G/4G/5G/TCP/IP).
• English proficiency (B2).

Aufgaben

• Provide local and remote technical support to internal and external stakeholders of the relevant perimeter.
• Provide first level and specialized support to the relevant functions.
• Lead and train the relevant stakeholders in technical activities (use of devices, remote systems, tools) interacting with multidisciplinary groups from different countries.
• Support initial and critical phases of new projects/contracts (installation, commissioning, fine-tuning, KPIs achievement, etc.)
• Manage and support pilots and PoCs.
