Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an Air Logistics Operational Care Specialist to join our Samarate, Lombardy team. You will manage daily operations, monitor shipments and coordinate with sales and care teams to ensure seamless transitions from order to delivery.

We value one year of related experience, excellent communication, and fluency in Italian and English, with a willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of air logistics and regulatory guidelines is preferred.

Competenze

• Excellent communication and organizational skills when dealing with stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Knowledge of air logistics and its industry guidelines.
• A IATA DRG certification is an advantage.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Manage and perform all operational activities reliably, accurately and on-time.
• Monitor shipments, follow up on deviations and provide timely updates.
• Report problems or discrepancies to the direct supervisor and collaborate with partners.
• Work with Sales and Customer Care to ensure a smooth transition from sales to operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
