Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Safety & Health Specialist to lead the implementation of safety standards across our sites in Italy. You will drive compliance with ISO 45001 and local regulations, conduct risk assessments, and develop preventive actions while coordinating training and documentation with the local QSHE team.

The role requires Italian and English fluency, strong MS Office and AutoCAD skills, and the ability to improve safety processes.

Competenze

• Mandatory Italian OSH trainer qualifications (art 37/73 Decree 81/2008).
• 1–2 years of national experience in safety role.

Mansioni

• Implement and promote health and safety strategies in compliance with ISO 45001 and Italian law.
• Support Health & Safety reporting system, review KPIs and ensure policy adherence.
• Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate safety and health compliance.
• Perform risk assessments to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and execute HSE process improvements including incident investigations and training materials.
