Kühne + Nagel is seeking an Air Logistics Operational Care Specialist in Milan, Lombardy. This role focuses on managing all operational activities, ensuring timely, accurate delivery and strong collaboration with stakeholders across air logistics processes.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Italian and English. An IATA DRG certification is a plus, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic, international environment.

• Manage and perform all operational activities reliably, accurately and on-time, minimizing overdue tasks.
• Follows the communication concept for effective communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor shipments, follow up on deviations, provide updates for visibility and financial data.
• Review and clarify operational instructions with regulatory requirements, routing, tracking, rate information, or discrepancies.
• Report problems or discrepancies to the direct supervisor.
• Collaborate with partners, gateway, warehouse, customs teams and external parties as needed.
• Monitor carrier performance and address under-delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Work with Sales and Customer Care on account implementation for smooth transition from sales to operations.
