Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a proactive freight forwarding professional to lead the import department in Italy. You will oversee daily operations, optimise processes, and ensure service levels across shipments of medicines, toys and machine parts, helping customers meet their promises.

You'll manage a team, coordinate cross-functional partners, and drive efficiency through continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of air logistics experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of freight forwarding and import regulations.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the import department to meet service levels.
• Manage team performance, planning, and KPIs to drive productivity.
