Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Safety & Health Specialist to lead the implementation of safety standards across our sites in Italy. You will drive compliance with ISO 45001 and local regulations, conduct risk assessments, and develop preventive actions while coordinating training and documentation with the local QSHE team.

The role requires Italian and English fluency, strong MS Office and AutoCAD skills, and the ability to improve safety processes.

Competenze

• Mandatory Italian OSH trainer qualifications (art 37/73 Decree 81/2008).
• 1–2 years of national experience in safety role.

• Support Health & Safety reporting system, review KPIs and ensure policy adherence.

Safety & Health Specialist

Are you a safety and health professional with a passion for compliance and risk management? Join our team as a Safety & Health Specialist, where you’ll drive the implementation of safety standards and ensure a safe working environment for all.

How you create impact

• Implement and promote health and safety strategies in compliance with ISO 45001 and Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008.
• Support Health & Safety reporting system, review and monitor Safety KPIs, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate safety and health compliance.
• Perform risk assessments to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and implement preventive / corrective measures.
• Develop and execute HSE process improvements, including incident investigation, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and training materials.
• Organize and control Safety and Health checks and ensure all documentation (DVR, DUVRI, Safety Procedure…) is up to date.
• Conduct occupational Health & Safety mandatory training in coordination with the ASPP of local QSHE team. Support M.D. on Medical Surveillance of workers.

What we would like you to bring

• Trainer Occupational Safety & Health Qualification ex art 37 Italian Law Decree 81/2008 mandatory.
• Trainer Occupational Safety & Health Qualification ex art 73 (work equipments) Italian Law Decree 81/2008 preferred.
• 1-2 years of national experience at the same role.
• Fluent in Italian and English (advanced level).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Advanced user).
• ACAD user.
• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and implement safety standards. Excellent collaboration, process improvement, and training development skills.
