Job summary

Slack, part of Salesforce, seeks a Specialist Account Executive based in Milan to own a high-velocity sales book and drive new and expanding Slack business across your territory.

You'll prospect, build ROI-based business cases for Slack AI capabilities, and partner with Salesforce Core Account Executives and Solution Engineers to co-sell and tailor solutions for Italian and international clients.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying SaaS sales.
• Strong pipeline management with forecasting discipline.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across high volume, short-cycle deals.
• Build relationships with business leaders, positioning Slack AI capabilities as solutions.
• Partner with Salesforce Core Account Executions and Solution Engineers to co-sell and tailor solutions.
• Develop ROI-driven business cases grounding Slack AI recommendations in productivity and cost outcomes.
