Job summary

Slack is seeking a Specialist Account Executive based in Rome to drive a high-velocity book of accounts. You will own the full sales cycle, prospecting, pipeline development, negotiation, and closing, while partnering with Salesforce Core Account Executives to unlock opportunities across the territory.

You will build relationships with business leaders, demonstrating Slack’s AI capabilities like Enterprise Search and Slackbot to address customer challenges, and deliver ROI-focused business cases

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying SaaS sales.
• Ability to manage a large, high-velocity pipeline with strong forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across many parallel, shorter-cycle deals.
• Build relationships with business leaders and position Slack AI capabilities as solutions.
• Partner with Salesforce Core Account Executives and Solution Engineers to co-sell, demo, and tailor solutions.
• Develop ROI-driven business cases grounding Slack AI recommendations in measurable productivity and cost outcomes.
