Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an Account Partner for Development Cloud to represent Vault Development Cloud and Quality Solutions for selected Pharma and Biotech customers. Based in Italy (Milan) with a flexible remote-work option, you will nurture and expand relationships, win new business, oversee renewals, and drive innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales/consulting, a proven quota track record, and consultative selling experience in life sciences software.

Qualifications

5+ years of combined sales/consulting experience, with min. 3 years in the life sciences space.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Consultative sales experience with Life Science Software Solutions.
Strategic account planning and execution skills.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level
Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
Business English + Italian or Spanish proficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement account vision, strategy, and ways of working.
Serve as custodian for your customers within Veeva by focusing on their needs and doing the right thing for them.
Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate.
Keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges.
Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer.
Meet/Exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets.
