Veeva Systems is a mission-driven SaaS company enabling life sciences firms to bring therapies to patients faster. The Consultant role supports commercial implementation projects for Vault CRM, collaborating with top pharma clients across Europe and beyond.

The position is flexible to work from home or in offices within the EU area. You will implement and customize Vault CRM, lead client engagements, and translate complex requirements into scalable designs while traveling ~20% and speaking

Competenze

• 3+ years of consulting experience or equivalent.
• Ability to manage customer-facing activities and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong presentation skills and client-facing experience.

Mansioni

• Implement Veeva Vault CRM solutions across projects and roles (configuration specialist, analyst, architect, PM).

The Role

As a Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our commercial implementation projects of Vault CRM and connected products. You'll work directly with top pharma organizations, designing and building solutions that meet our customers' needs.

The role is ideally based in the area of a Veeva office (Barcelona, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Berlin, Milan, Budapest), but other EU locations will be considered.

What You'll Do

• Implement Veeva Solutions: Participate in one or multiple Veeva product implementation or migration projects covering autonomously the assigned role (such as configuration specialist, functional analyst, solution architect or project manager: you’ll take different roles on different projects)
• Configure and Customize: Get hands-on with Vault CRM, configuring and customizing solutions to meet our clients' specific needs
• Lead Client Engagements: Take ownership of client-facing activities, including leading workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training sessions. You will guide clients through the implementation process, from initial design to final delivery
• Provide Expert Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting the optimization and harmonization of their business processes. You will translate complex requirements into scalable solution designs

Requirements

• Demonstrated 3+ years of consulting experience or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer-facing activities and stakeholder relationships
• Strong presentation skills
• Able to travel approximately 20%
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

• Veeva or Salesforce.com certification and implementation experiences
• Experience working with the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health or an adjacent industry
• Experience working on projects with a global scope or with international teams
• Experience with software from other vendors (IQVIA, SAP, CVENT, etc)
• Additional European language ( French, German, Spanish, or Italian)

Compensation

• Total compensation: 45,000 - 80,000 EUR
• The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
