Veeva Systems is a mission-driven SaaS company enabling life sciences firms to bring therapies to patients faster. The Consultant role supports commercial implementation projects for Vault CRM, collaborating with top pharma clients across Europe and beyond.

The position is flexible to work from home or in offices within the EU area. You will implement and customize Vault CRM, lead client engagements, and translate complex requirements into scalable designs while traveling ~20% and speaking

Competenze

3+ years of consulting experience or equivalent.
Ability to manage customer-facing activities and stakeholder relationships.
Strong presentation skills and client-facing experience.
Willingness to travel ~20%.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Mansioni

Implement Veeva Vault CRM solutions across projects and roles (configuration specialist, analyst, architect, PM).
Configure and customize Vault CRM to meet client needs.
Lead client engagements, workshops, UAT, and training, guiding the implementation from design to delivery.
Provide advisory support to harmonize business processes with scalable solution designs.
