Veeva Systems is hiring a Vault CRM Architect to advise key customers in the Global Life Sciences sector, deploying Veeva Vault and CRM, and migrating environments. You will lead technical decisions, mentor teams, and drive scalable solutions across SMB and Enterprise accounts.

The role supports remote work from EU locations with frequent travel, requiring strong IT consulting/architectural experience and fluency in English.

Competenze

7+ years of hands-on IT consulting or architecture for implementations.
Expertise building, configuring, and architecting on Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, or Salesforce.
Strong consulting background with stakeholder management in complex environments.
Fast learner with ownership of complex technical outcomes.
Experience with Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, or Medical Device domains.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel ~20%.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

Drive end-to-end delivery across SMB and Enterprise accounts as Lead/Architect/Configurator/Stream Lead.
Act as Technical Authority in meetings with senior IT and business stakeholders.
Mentor internal teams and support implementation partners.
Stay hands-on with configuration, troubleshooting, and deep technical problem solving.
