Account Management Team is at the heart of our success. We work hand in hand with clients to maximize campaign performance and expand partnerships, playing a crucial role in both revenue growth (upselling & cross‑selling) and building long‑term relationships.

You will:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts, ensuring long‑term success and satisfaction;
  • Strengthen client relationships through regular presentations, performance reviews, and in‑person meetings;
  • Identify growth opportunities and maximize revenue via upsell and cross‑sell initiatives;
  • Conduct in‑depth campaign analysis, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations;
  • Build tailored strategies aligned with client goals;
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Technical Account Management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support;
  • Monitor key KPIs and campaign margins, proactively suggesting optimizations;
  • Obtain, review and process campaign orders; ensure timely payments for our services.
Desired Experience:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital advertising;
  • Preferably experience working in AdTech within DSPs, agencies, or advertisers (performance and/or awareness campaigns);
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with Excel and PowerPoint proficiency;
  • Proven ability to manage clients directly and drive commercial opportunities;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders;
  • A consultative mindset: understanding client needs and translating them into actionable solutions;
  • Results‑driven, proactive, and problem‑solving approach;
  • High level of motivation, willingness to learn and a positive, can‑do attitude;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
  • Fluency in Italian and English (C1 level);
  • Based in Milan.
