Position Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented 3rd Party Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and manage our third-party warehouse operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining quality standards, and fostering strong relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations Management :
• Monitor and coordinate daily operations at third-party warehouse facilities, ensuring adherence to JD Logistics\' service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, order fulfillment, and timely dispatches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and optimize storage solutions.

3PL Relationship Management :

• Act as the primary point of contact for third-party logistics providers, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of 3PL partners to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and KPIs.
• Negotiate contracts and cost-efficient solutions with existing and potential 3PL providers.

Process Improvement :

• Identify opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs through process improvements.
• Implement JD Logistics\' best practices and standard operating procedures in third-party warehouses.
• Drive initiatives to integrate technology and automation into 3PL operations.

Compliance and Reporting :

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and JD Logistics policies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, inventory accuracy, and logistics costs.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse management, 3PL coordination, or logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics KPIs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software; familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is a plus.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; knowledge other languages is an advantage.
