Job summary
A leading logistics firm in Gurugram is seeking a candidate with hands-on experience in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and proven track record in supply chain management. The ideal candidate would have strong stakeholder management skills and experience in project delivery. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is highly desirable.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Proven track record in leading end-to-end SCM implementation and transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management and project delivery experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain projects to improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and project success.

Tools
Hands-on experience in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Proven track record in leading end-to-end SCM implementation and transformation.
Strong stakeholder management and project delivery experience.
- Experience working in one or more of the following domains: Logistics, Cargo, or Telecom
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle SCM modules
- Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery models
