Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all commercial aspects related to service contracts and orders.
  • Responsible for contract clarification including terms, conditions, and legal review.
  • Mitigate identified risks in contracts by supporting the Regional Service team.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures to protect business interests.
  • Commercially clear contracts for booking in SAP.
  • Monitor contracts, order costs, and internal credit notes.
  • Analyze contract profitability to facilitate new contract acquisition and renewals.
  • Provide pricing support for spare part quotations to customers.
  • Facilitate timely billing and ensure data hygiene of contracts.
  • Ensure inventory monitoring and issue to respective orders.
  • Involve actively in the implementation of digitalization and automation tools.
  • Focus on achieving regional service KPIs.
Job description
  1. Responsible for all commercial aspects related to service contracts and orders
  2. Responsible for contract clarification - e.g. terms and conditions, legal review
  3. To mitigate identified risks in contracts by providing support to Regional Service team
  4. Comply with company policies, guidelines & procedures in order to protect the business interests and reputation
  5. Commercial Clearance of Contracts for booking in SAP
  6. Monitoring of Contracts / Order Costs and internal credit notes
  7. Contract profitability analysis to facilitate new contract acquisition/ renewals.
  8. Provide pricing support with respect to Spare part quotation to customer
  9. To facilitate for timely billing and ensuring Data hygiene of contracts
  10. To ensure Inventory monitoring and issue to respective order
  11. Active involvement in Implementation of Digitalization and Automation tools
  12. Focus on achievement of regional service KPIs
