Responsibilities

The Senior Associate will drive donor acquisition, manage donor relationships, and ensure high‑quality reporting, compliance, and volunteering engagement.

Donor Acquisition & Pipeline Growth

• Identify, research, and cultivate new partnership opportunities (CSR, foundations, HNIs).
• Develop compelling proposals tailored to donor priorities.
• Support the creation of outreach campaigns for new leads.

Donor Management & Renewals

• Manage a portfolio of donors and ensure high‑quality stewardship.
• Lead donor visits, school immersions, and on‑ground interactions.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting quantitative data, stories of impact, and narrative updates.
• Maintain complete donor data and projections in donor systems.

Compliance & Documentation

• Coordinate with finance, program, and cross‑teams to ensure:
  1. MOU adherence
  2. CSR compliance
  3. Reporting accuracy
  4. Audit and documentation needs
• Ensure all donor commitments and regulatory requirements are met.

Volunteering & Engagement Support

• Plan and execute corporate volunteering initiatives in collaboration with schools.
• Design high‑quality, meaningful volunteering experiences that build donor commitment.
• Track participation, collect feedback, and improve volunteer engagement quality.

Prerequisites

• Required: Bachelors degree with strong performance.
• Required: 23 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships.
• Strong relationship‑building and storytelling capability.
• Ability to work with data and create high‑quality reports.
• Demonstrated ownership, reliability, and stakeholder management.
