Job description

At Mindera, we are building a strong global finance operations team. As part of the Accounts Payable team in India, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and employee expenses, while working closely with Mindera’s EU-based teams to support global finance operations.

This role requires strong attention to detail, ownership of AP processes, and comfort working in a cross-country, multi-stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process supplier invoices (vendor bills) end-to-end, ensuring accurate GL / nominal ledger coding
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and liaise with:
    • Suppliers
    • Internal stakeholders
    • Mindera EU People & Finance teams
  • Create and maintain supplier master data
  • Perform supplier statement reconciliations
  • Support supplier payment runs and cash allocations
  • Process employee expenses and corporate credit card transactions, including Rydoo expense management
  • Handle and resolve supplier and employee queries efficiently
  • Own and monitor the Accounts Payable shared mailbox
  • Support month-end close activities, including:
    • AP-related balance sheet reconciliations
    • Cost of sales
    • External and intercompany creditors
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across regions
Experience & Skills Required
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable / Finance Operations
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Invoice processing
    • Vendor management
    • Reconciliations
    • Payment cycles
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite / SAP / Oracle or similar) is a plus
  • Exposure to expense management tools (Rydoo, Concur, etc.) is desirable
  • Comfortable working with EU/UK stakeholders and time zones
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Studying or willing to pursue professional accounting qualifications
    (e.g., AAT / CMA / CA-Inter equivalent) is desirable but not mandatory
  • Strong IT aptitude with ability to work across:
    • Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
    • Cloud-based finance applications
