Job summary

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution including planning, erection, commissioning, and seamless handover to operations.
• Oversee plant operations, production planning and performance optimization to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Ensure achievement of design capacity, product quality and cost targets in line with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, productivity and operational excellence.
• Manage EPC contractors, vendors and plant leadership teams to ensure timely delivery and stable operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations and environmental norms.
• Report directly to the Board and Top Management on project progress, operational performance and key risks.
