Atari is seeking a highly skilled Copyright & IP Counsel based in New Delhi to support the company’s global intellectual property strategy, with a primary focus on preparing and filing U.S. copyright registrations for Atari’s extensive portfolio of games, software, art assets, music, and related materials. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, process‑driven intellectual property lawyer who has demonstrable experience with U.S. Copyright Office practices and is comfortable working with creative, technical, and legal stakeholders across multiple countries.
This position plays a critical role in strengthening Atari’s global rights portfolio and protecting the company’s creative assets. As Atari continues to expand its library across platforms, regions, and partner ecosystems, a disciplined and proactive copyright program is essential. This role will become a cornerstone of that strategy.
