Job summary

RSPL Group is seeking a target-driven sales professional to drive primary and secondary sales across the designated territory in Maharashtra. You will manage distributor relationships, coordinate order collection and stock management, and ensure effective execution of trade schemes for retailers and distributors.

The role requires travel within the territory, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a good understanding of distribution and retail sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.

Role & responsibilities

Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve assigned targets within the territory

• Manage distributor relationships, including order collection, processing, and stock management
• Ensure effective execution of trade schemes and promotions for retailers and distributors
• Regularly expand market reach by adding new retail outlets and increasing touchpoints
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales data and field activities
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers to enhance product visibility and availability
• Ensure effective implementation of company strategies at the ground level

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of distribution management and retail sales
• Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset
• Basic proficiency in sales tools, Excel, and reporting systems
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
