Job Summary

The primary goal is to minimize portfolio delinquency and cure overdue accounts while maintaining a professional, ethical, and customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Make high-volume daily calls to customers with pending, missed, or overdue installment (EMI) payments.
• Payment Negotiation: Discuss financial difficulties with clients and negotiate realistic settlement or repayment commitments (Promise-to-Pay / PTP).
• Account Guidance: Explain payment modes, loan terms, and rescheduling options clearly to encourage voluntary clearance.
• CRM & Data Updates: Log call outcomes, payment promises, and updated contact details accurately in the collection software or CRM system.
• Follow-Ups & Escalations: Re-contact clients on scheduled PTP dates and flag chronic or high-balance default accounts to management.
• Compliance & Ethics: Adhere strictly to legal guidelines, fair-practice codes, and company collection policies during all interactions.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call volumes, conversion rates, and monthly recovery/collection targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) or any Bachelors Degree.
• Experience: candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in debt/tele collection (Banking/NBFC preferred).
