• Outbound/Inbound calling to discuss overdue payments and offer viable payment solutions.
• Meet and exceed daily/monthly collection and debt-recovery targets while following standards.
• Maintain real-time logs of communications, follow-ups, and commitments in CRM.
• Address inquiries professionally and resolve payment-related issues with customer service.
• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal policies, Fair Practices Code, and legal requirements.

Job Overview

As a Tele-Collections Executive, you will be at the core of our operations team, ensuring effective and compliant communication with customers to recover outstanding dues. This role requires high integrity, persistence, and strong negotiation skills to maintain healthy credit ecosystems for both our customers and the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound/Inbound Calling: Contact customers via phone to discuss overdue payments and establish structured, viable payment solutions.
• Recovery & Targets: Meet and exceed daily/monthly collection and debt-recovery targets while upholding the company’s performance standards.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate, real-time logs of all communications, follow‑ups, and transaction commitments in the CRM system.
• Customer Service & Conflict Resolution: Address client inquiries professionally and resolve payment‑related issues effectively while providing premium customer service.
• Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to RBI guidelines, company internal policies, Fair Practices Code (FPC), and legal requirements during all customer interactions.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Minimum: Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: Proven experience in debt collections, tele‑calling, or a high‑volume financial customer service voice process.

Key Skills Required

• Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of regional languages like Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, or Tamil is a major advantage for regional customer outreach.
• Core Competencies: Strong persuasion, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
• Soft Skills: Ability to remain calm, resilient, and highly professional under target pressures. High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive financial customer data.
