Job summary

Outcare Medical Devices Pvt Ltd. is seeking a dynamic KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER/MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE to promote and sell medical devices to doctors and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.

You will build and maintain relationships with clinicians, retailers, and wholesalers while meeting sales targets. The role requires field visits, robust product knowledge, and the ability to travel extensively within the territory; fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy or related field required or preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience as Medical Representative; freshers with strong communication may be considered.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with target-driven attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital reporting tools expected.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote, demonstrate, and sell medical devices to doctors, surgeons, and healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
• Visit doctors regularly (target: approx. 8 per day) according to Monthly Tour Plan.
• Ensure product availability at retailers and maintain retailer relationships.
• Liaise with wholesalers to maintain stock for local distribution.
• Prepare daily field visit reports for doctors, retailers, and wholesalers.
• Collaborate with managers and product executives during joint field visits.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets across product lines.
• Attend sales review meetings and provide market feedback.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative/Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s medical devices to healthcare professionals, managing relationships with stakeholders, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Promote, demonstrate, and sell medical devices to doctors, surgeons, and healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.

• Conduct regular visits to doctors (target: approx. 8 per day) based on a pre-approved Monthly Tour Plan.
  
• Ensure availability of company products at retail chemists and maintain strong retailer relationships.
  
• Liaise with company-authorized wholesalers to maintain adequate stock levels for local distribution.
  
• Prepare and submit daily reports detailing visits made to doctors, retailers, and wholesalers.
  
• Collaborate with managers and product executives during joint field visits to enhance market penetration.
  
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets across all product lines.
  
• Attend scheduled sales review meetings to evaluate performance and strategize future growth.
  
• Provide timely feedback on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
  
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry advancements.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field (preferred).
