Job summary

Skinaa Clinic is looking for a dynamic Medical Representative to promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, and hospitals in the allocated territory. The role focuses on building strong professional relationships and achieving sales targets.

You will conduct CMEs and product presentations, monitor competitors, and ensure product availability through distributors and pharmacies. Daily call reports and tour plans are part of the routine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or any graduate.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• 13 years of experience as a Medical Representative will be preferred.
• Experience in Dermatology, Cosmeceuticals, or Pharmaceutical sales is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals on a daily basis.
• Promote pharmaceutical products scientifically and effectively.
• Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness among healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, distributors, and retail chemists.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct CMEs, doctor meetings, and product presentations.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market feedback.
• Ensure product availability through distributors and retail pharmacies.
• Maintain daily call reports (DCR), tour plans (TP), expense reports, and other sales documentation.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
