Job summary

Qapitol Bengaluru is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment. You will source candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and Indeed, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.

You will also coordinate technical and client interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience while building and maintaining a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for various roles.

Qualifications

• Proven sourcing and headhunting skills across multiple portals and platforms.
• Ability to assess candidates for technical fit, culture fit, and communication.
• Experience building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline with both active and passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews (technical and client) and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain a healthy talent pool and provide regular recruitment analytics.
