About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified technical professionals while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial discussions to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, communication, and role fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations within approved budgets.
• Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, background verification, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future technical hiring requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics such as closures, TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and pipeline conversion.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide regular hiring updates.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and job requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working with IT/technology organizations or recruitment agencies will be an added advantage.
