CIEL Skills and Careers Pvt Ltd (a CIEL HR Group Company) is seeking a skilled IT Recruiter with 3-6 years of experience to drive end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. You will source passive and active candidates, screen CVs, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.

The ideal candidate will manage offer negotiations, onboarding, and build a strong candidate pipeline while maintaining a superior candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies, technical roles, and recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical positions across various technologies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and candidate onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Job description
