Job summary

You will manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding for roles across software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, data engineering, testing, ERP and IT support. The role requires robust sourcing skills, expert Boolean search, and effective stakeholder management, using Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter to deliver

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in IT technical recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment trackers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up.
• Handle multiple IT technical requirements across various technologies and experience levels.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job portals, and internal databases.
• Understand technical job descriptions and use effective Boolean search techniques to identify suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes and assess technical skills, relevant experience, notice period, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, candidate follow-ups, and joining closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and achieve assigned hiring targets.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Recruiter who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment across all IT technical domains, including software development, infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, DevOps, database, data engineering, testing, ERP, and IT support.
