• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ATS data accurately.
• Meet hiring targets and recruitment KPIs within defined timelines.
