Job summary

Moolya Software Testing in Bengaluru is seeking an IT Recruitment specialist to understand hiring needs from managers and clients, source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and portals, and screen for fit and salary expectations.

You will coordinate interviews, manage offers until joining, maintain candidate data in the ATS, build a strong pipeline for recurring roles, and meet monthly closure targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
• Experience hiring for SAP, QA and Developer roles.
• Strong command of Naukri, ATS and Boolean search.
• Track record of closing at least 5 positions per month.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
