Job summary

Ienergizer in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh is seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to drive end-to-end hiring for technical roles. You will translate job requirements into sourcing strategies and build a robust candidate funnel using Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and social networks.

You will screen resumes, coordinate interviews with technical panels, negotiate offers, and maintain accurate recruitment trackers.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster and Indeed.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Strong screening and interview coordination skills.

Responsibilities
