Job summary

Runmap Infotech Private Ltd. is actively seeking a result-driven IT recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for tech roles.

You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and databases, applying Boolean search techniques to identify top talent. The role requires 1–5 years of experience in Technical/IT recruitment, strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment.
• Good understanding of technical roles and IT skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of Boolean search and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
