Job summary

Mployee.me is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter in India to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, craft sourcing strategies, and source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, and referrals.

You will screen and assess candidates for technical fit, coordinate interviews with technical panels, and handle salary negotiations while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Prior IT recruitment experience is required.
• Proficient with major job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed.
• Strong IT knowledge and ability to assess technical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Strong screening and interview coordination.
