Job summary

M 5 Continents Logistics Solution is seeking an IT Support Executive in Delhi to install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals. The role covers Windows OS, office software, hardware fault diagnosis, LAN setup and basic networking, email/Google Workspace support, ticket logging and asset management.

The candidate will coordinate with vendors/ISPs for repairs and ensure security practices. Male candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other peripherals.
• Install and update operating systems (Windows) and standard office software.
• Diagnose and fix hardware faults (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, power supply, display, etc.).
• Assist with LAN setup: cabling, crimping, patch panels, switches and Wi-Fi access points.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues (IP configuration, DNS, connectivity, slow internet).
• Support users with email, Google Workspace accounts and password resets.
• Log, track and resolve IT support tickets within agreed timelines.
• Maintain the IT asset inventory (laptops, systems, accessories, licenses).
• Prepare and hand over systems for new joiners, and collect them from exiting employees.

• Follow basic IT security practices (antivirus, updates, access control).
