Job summary

Arrow Greentech is seeking an IT Support professional in Mumbai to troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and network services. The role includes hardware/software installation, end-user support, and assistance with CCTV, LAN, VPN, and backup systems.

The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and willingness to travel to branch locations as needed. On-site support across offices is expected.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, software, and network connectivity.
• Install and configure new hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Provide timely and effective IT support to end users.
• Manage and troubleshoot CCTV, Access Control Systems, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers, EPABX, and other network peripherals.
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity-related issues.
• Ensure antivirus, endpoint security, and Windows patch updates are properly maintained.
• Monitor daily backup jobs and backup reports.
• Perform periodic restore testing and maintain backup/recovery procedures.
• Manage NAS and cloud backup solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation related to backups and recovery procedures.
• Maintain hardware and software asset inventory.
• Track warranty, AMC, and renewal activities.
• Maintain backup inventory and related records.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for service delivery and issue resolution.
• Support IT infrastructure upgrades, implementations, and new technology projects.
• Travel/visit branch locations whenever required to provide IT support.
