Job summary

Arrow Greentech Ltd. in Mumbai seeks an IT Support Technician to provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and business applications.

You will install and maintain systems, configure software and peripherals, and manage network connectivity including LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, routers and switches. The role also covers CCTV, access control and EPABX systems, Microsoft 365 support, Tally/ERP, security monitoring, backups, asset records and coordination with external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems and business applications.

• Maintain IT asset inventory, system records, warranties and AMC details.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for maintenance, repairs and infrastructure-related issues.
• Support IT infrastructure upgrades, installations and new office/branch setup requirements.
• Travel to branch locations when required to provide technical support.
