Job summary

Health Meter Services is seeking an IT support specialist to provide desktop support and maintain IT infrastructure in Mumbai. The role involves L1/L2 support, Windows installation, troubleshooting, basic networking, and Microsoft 365 issues, with a focus on security and asset management.

The candidate should have 24 years of desktop/IT experience, strong Windows/hardware knowledge, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have 24 years of experience in Desktop / IT Support.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows and computer hardware.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred.
